Never upload images which are not self-copyrighted, nor upload pornography or other harmful, racist, insulting,... images. They will be discarded without any notice or justification although Image-belle has not any responsibility regarding any published work.
Artistic nudes are allowed, but will be removed if they are deemed as pornography. All nude models must be 18+ and the artist must have explicit, written permission for publication.
You must check the appropiate box at the bottom of the "Create galleries" pages to inform visitors about mature content in your galleries.
You can upload any picture, but please do not publish private, personal images that are only important to yourself or a specific public (e.g. your brother watching television or doing the dishes). Nobody, exept for yourself and your brother is waiting for that terrific view. You have the availability of private, password-protected galleries to upload images that are interesting to a specific public, e.g. your family/friends/association/...
If copyright is important to you, you can include your logo as a watermark in your images. Image-belle does never change anything at your pictures, exept from resizing the longest side to 660 pixels to prevent copyright violations and image theft in general.
The author agrees to accept all liability of the content submitted to the site and will not hold Image-belle responsible for any damages. Image-belle only provides harddisk-space to publish the author's work on the web and the availability of a personal homepage. No other responsibility of any kind is for Image-belle.
By uploading images, the author does not surrender copyright of his work.
